摘  要:应用通用CFD软件STAR-CD,采用SIMPLE算法和高雷诺数k-ε湍流模型,对某一型号空气滤清器内的不可压缩湍流流场进行了三维数值模拟,其中使用了多孔介质模型对滤网进行了模拟,给出了空气滤清器内的速度场和压力场。着重分析了进气角度不同时的空气滤清器内速度和压力分布。计算结果表明:空气滤清器内存在涡流;改变入口的进气角度,可以使涡流的大小及位置发生改变;气流在多孔介质区域产生了很大的压力损失。The three-dimensional turbulent flow filed in one kind of air-filter was simulated numerically in general CFD software STAR-CD and the SIMLPLE arithmetic and high Reynolds number κ-ε turbulent model was used and the strainer was simulated with porous media model. The pressure and velocity in the air filter were presented. The pressure and velocity with different inlet angle distribution were emphatically analyzed. Simulation results show that the eddy existed in the air filter. The magnitude and direction of the eddy will be changed and the air flow pressure loss in the porous media region was produced when the inlet angle was altered.
