摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆管理机制改革的必然性,从软件环境、硬件环境两个方面提出了高校图书馆管理机制改革的措施。This paper expounds the necessity of reforming the management mechanism of university library, and advances some measures for reforming the management mechanism of university library from the aspects of software environment and hardware environment.
