摘　　要：介绍了我国国际定价话语权缺失现状,探讨了造成这种局面的主要原因,针对性地提出若干可行性建议。This paper introduces the present absence of the discourse right of China in international pricing, probes into the reasons of causing such situation, and advances some feasible suggestions.
