摘　　要：介绍了土地利用变更调查对国土资源管理工作的重大意义,阐述了GPS-PDA技术在土地利用变更调查中的功能实现、工作流程和关键技术。This paper introduces the significance of the investigation of land usage alteration in the land and resources management, and expounds the functional implementation, work flow and key technologies of GPS-PDA in the investigation of land usage alteration.
