摘 要:分析了有源箝位正激式变换器主要磁性元器件的设计对电路工作性能的影响,主要分析了主变压器激磁电感的设计要求、漏感对效率的影响,以及气隙位置对电感交流电阻的影响,在分析了磁芯窗口中磁场的基础上,对典型的变压器线圈和电感线圈绕制方案进行了基于Ansoft有限元软件的参数仿真,仿真结果和实验结果证明了该分析的合理性,并且该优化设计对磁性元件设计者具有一定的参考价值。The parameters of main magnetic devices in active clamped forward converter were analyzed, which have an effect on the circuit operation. The design requirements of magnetic inductance in main transformer, the influence of leakage inductance on the efficiency , and the effect of the gap position on AC resistance were presented. Based on analyses of the magnetic field of the core, finite element analysis (FEA) simulation using Ansoft was performed to study the typical winding schemes of transformers and inductors. Experimental results verify what have been analyzed , which are helpful in the design of magnetic devices.
