摘 要:用四球机试验分析微粉添加剂对润滑剂的摩擦磨损影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析磨斑表面。试验结果表明在恒载荷变速条件下,含2.70%MoS2添加剂的10#机械油的润滑减磨效果最好;含1.2%二氧化硅的10#机械油在实验条件下最迟发生胶合;三氧化二铬纳米添加剂对润滑油抗胶合性能没有任何提高,而且还是有害的;PrF3添加剂的抗磨减摩效果好于LaF3添加剂;在10#机械油中加入AlF的质量分数为0.33%-3.17%时,润滑油的摩擦磨损性能有较大改善,含量少于0.33%时润滑效果不显著,含量多于3.17%时其润滑效果比不加添加剂还差。 The effects of micro particle additives on the friction and wear of lubrication were experimentally investigated with the four-ball machine,and the worn scars of steel balls were scanned with SEM.The experimental results indicate that mechanical oil 10# with 2.70% MoS2 has best wear resistance under certain load and variable speed;that mechanical oil 10# with 1.2% dioxide silicon has good anti-scuffing behaviour;Cr2O3 micro particles are harmful for the anti-scuffing behaviour of lubrication;PrF3 micro particles have better friction reducing and antiwear behaviour than LaF3 particles;The weight of AlF in mechanical oil 10# in the range of 0.33%~3.17% is good for anti-friction and anti-wear behaviour,the lubrication function of the base oil has less improvement as the weight percentage is less than 0.33%,and becomes worse as the weight percentage is more than 3.17%.
