摘 要:运用四球摩擦磨损试验机,考察了碳纳米管作为某商品润滑油添加剂的摩擦磨损性能,采用光学显微镜对磨斑直径进行测量评定,用扫描电子显微镜对磨斑的表面形貌进行观察分析,并对碳纳米管的抗磨与润滑机制进行探讨。结果表明:碳纳米管作为润滑油添加剂表现出优良的减摩抗磨性能,在质量分数为0.012 5%-0.050%时,润滑油的抗磨性能显著提高,摩擦因数减小最大达28%,磨斑直径减小达30%;进一步实验研究表明碳纳米管添加剂对润滑油的抗磨性能作用在低载荷下更加显著。The tribological behavior of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as commercial oil lubricant additive was investigated in four-ball tester, worn surface morphology was examined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and wear scar diameters were measured by optical microscopy, and the wear resistance mechanism was discussed. The results show that MWCNTs with mass concentration of 0. 012 5% -0. 05% as additive can effectively improve the friction reduction and antiwear ability of lubricant oil. With addition of MWCNTs,the maximum reduction of wear scar diameter is up to 30% , and the maximum decrease of friction coefficient can reach up to 28% , while scratches on the worn surfaces becomes lighter and more uniform. The MWCNTs can improve the antiwear property of the base oil observably under low loads.
