摘  要:在复合场(电磁场及激光)下,在发动机表面或引擎(活塞)表面喷溅了一层纳米复合涂层,研究了纳米复合涂层对发动机抗磨减摩性能的影响。结果表明:纳米复合涂层使发动机抗磨减摩性能显著提高,其中抗磨强度增强30%,减摩性能改善1/3左右。发动机纳米复合涂层各元素C,Rh,W随AES溅射深度的增加丰度减小。Nano- composite coating was prepared on the surface of engine or piston by splashing under electric-magnetic and laser field. The effect of nano-composite coating on the tribological behavior of the engine was studied. The result shows that the antiwear and friction reduing characteristics of the engine are improved by the nano-composite coating. The wear rate is reduced about 30% ,and the friction coefficient is decreaced about 1/3. The content of Rh,C,W elements in the nano-composite coating is reduced with the increase of splashing depth.
