摘　　要：检察权是法律监督权。检察机关(或检察官)是检察权的载体所在,它以法律监督机关的形式呈现出来。检察一体化是检察机关行使检察权工作的表现形式。对检察权、检察机关与检察一体化的探讨均须立足于既有法律秩序进行阐述才更有现实意义。Power of inspection is a kind of supervising power of law. The inspection institutions （ or inspectors） are the carriers of the power of inspection. It takes the form of supervising institutions. Consolidation of inspection is one of working forms of performance. It＇s of practical value for us to establish the discussion on power of inspection, inspection institutions and the consolidation according to present law.
