摘　　要：近年来由于大量袭警案件频发,人民警察的执法权威受到了严重的挑衅和损害,从而引发了一场"人民警察是否成为新的弱势群体"的讨论。文章通过对"人民警察沦为新的弱势群体"现实表现的分析,关注人民警察现实的生存状况,探讨了人民警察成为捍卫法律强势群体的出路。The authority of police officers＇ enforcement of the law has been greatly provoked and harmed due to the frequent occurring of a large number of cases of attacking police officers in recent years. It has led to a discussion about whether the police offices became a new weak group or not. Through the analysis of police officers＇being degenerated into a new weak group, the paper pays attention to their real living situations and inquires into the way of how ean police officers become the powerful group of defending the law.
