摘  要:在实验基础上得出了Gemini表面活性剂二氯化N,N,N,′N′-四甲-基N,N′-双十六烷基-2-丙醇-1,3-铵(DTDPA)的合成工艺.通过FT-IR光谱确认结构,使用WCT-2型微机差热天平进行热分析,测定DTDPA的表面活性.结果表明,DTDPA的结构独特,与单链单头基表面活性剂相比具有优异表面活性.研究DTDPA对中原油田原油-水体系表面张力变化的影响,表明DTDPA可以有效降低原油-水体系表面张力.通过对DTDPA-PAM二元复合驱替体系粘度变化的研究,表明二元无碱体系的粘度保持率具有明显的优势.The symmetric Gemini quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant dichloride-N, N, N′, N′-tetra methyl- N,N′-dicetyl-2-propanol-1,3-ammonium(DTDPA) was synthesized based on the laboratory study. The chemical structure of compound was identified by IR; heat analysis was conducted by DTA and TG. The surface activity of DTDPA solution was better than traditional classic amphiphilic moieties surfactants. The interracial tensions be- tween crude oil from Zhongyuan Oil Filed of China and DTDPA solution were measured and the study results dem- onstrated that DTDPA is effective in lowering crude oil-water system interracial tension. The relationship between DTDPA and the viscosity of PAM solution was studied and the result demonstrated that DTDPA is fit to be applied to Surfactant-Polymer (SP) system.
