抗癌药物碳铂中微量银的测定

摘　　要：在５％ＨＮＯ３介质中，用石墨炉原子吸收法测定抗癌药物碳铂中微量Ａｇ，检测范围为０～０２μｇ／ｍｌ，可测定００００ｘ～０００ｘ％含量的Ａｇ，测定误差±１０％。A method for determination of trace Ag in the carboplatinum by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was investigated. The sample was digested with nitric acid. The linear range is 0～0.2 μg/ml of Ag. The procedure can be used for determination of trace Ag(a few ppm～tens of ppm). The relative standard deviation is less than 10%.
