摘 要:通过厚木材微波干燥的对比实验,探索干燥工艺。测定并分析了2种微波腔内的场强分布情况和制热效率,同频率不同功率、不同间歇时间下,厚木材干燥过程的温度、干燥速率和含水率的变化规律,对"正热源"的形成和临界干燥温度的确定做了进一步的探讨。温控下的厚木材微波干燥不仅避免了"温度失控现象",而且干燥效率也较高。Techniques of thick wood drying by microwave were compared by experiments, the distributing of electric field intensity and frequency were determined and analyzed in two kinds of microwave chest. It afforded reliable date for the next experiments. The changing regularities of temperature , drying velocity , moisture content of wood were determined at different powers , different intermittent time at the same frequency. The positive heat resource and the critical drying temperature were deeply explored. The temperature of wood microwave drying were able to control not only avoid temperature went amuck but also efficiency.
