摘　　要：国家推行工程量清单计价具有非常重要的意义。对工程量清单计价的目的、意义以及存在的现实问题进行分析。讨论企业定额对施工单位在工程量清单招标中的重要性。指出了目前施工单位在工程量清单计价模式下应怎样采取措施保护自己的权益。It is very important for the country to carry out the new valuation model of engineering quantity list in construction. The goal and the meaning of the new valuation model are analyzed, and some realistic questions are found out. The paper points out that the enterprises＇ ration is very important in project bidding for construction unit, and it is necessary for the construction units to look for some effective measures to protect their own rights and interests.
