摘　　要：运用空间分析方法,在不考虑本地交易成本的前提下,研究讨论两对称区域政府公共服务供给对要素流动、聚集的影响。我们发现要缩小与发达地区的经济差距,吸引稀有生产要素流入,必须重视本地区公共服务供给,且不仅要注重数量,更要注重质量,只有这样才能够减弱经济聚集的力量,减小地区经济差距,促进经济均衡发展。By applying spatial analysis methods, the paper discusses the impact of the government＇s public service on the factors＇ flow and accumulation under the two symmetric regions without consideration of transaction costs. We found that the local government can enhance the factor productivity if they increase the supply of public services, thus attracting more inflow of factors. In consideration of the regional disparities in China, we believe that it is necessary to attach more importance to the scale of public services in the central and western regions in order to narrow the economic gap compared with the more developed eastern regions, and to attract the inflow of scarce production factors. Then, our country can weaken the economy gathered strength, reduce regional economic disparities and achieve a balanced economic development.
