摘　　要：水土保持对社会发展意义重大,主要以山东省为例进行了分析。在预期收益的计算中,利用离散时间的Markov决策过程进行了相关系数、关联度的分析,可以看出水土保持投资与各类收益之间的相关性,进而可以分析出水土保持对经济发展的重要指导意义。The soil and water conservation took an important role in society development. This article analyzed the case of Shandong Province and calculated the expecting income by dispersing Markov decision. By analyzing mutuality modulus and relationship degree, we could see the relationstfip of the soil and water conservation investments and incomes. It could make an important instruction to the social development.
