非脱垂子宫良性疾病阴式与腹式子宫全切的配对比较

摘　　要：目的比较非脱垂子宫良性疾病经阴子宫全切术(TVH)与经腹子宫全切术(TAH)的临床效果。方法回顾性配对分析2006年1月～2007年1月TAH和TVH各40例临床资料。结果TAH组的手术时间、术后住院时间显著长于TVH组;TAH组术后镇痛率、术后病率及术后腹胀率显著高于TVH组。结论TVH创伤小、病人痛苦少,手术效果好,术后恢复快,住院时间短,是临床值得推广的一种手术方法。Objective To compare the effects of transabdominal hysterectomy（TAH）,transvaginal hysterectomy（TVH） on dealing with benign diseases of non-prolapsed uterus.Methods 40 cases of TAH and40 cases of TVH from Jan,2006 to Jan,2007 were retrospectively paired and analyzed.Results Both the operation time and the postoperative hospitalization were longer in the TAH Group than in the TVH Group.The postoperative analgesic requirement rate,the pyrexia rate and the abdominal distension rate were higher in the TAH Group than in the TVH Group.Conclusions Compared with transabdominal hysterectomy,transvaginal hysterectomy shows advantages of less invasion,less pain,good outcome,quicker recovery and shorter length of stay,and it＇s worth spreading in the clinic.
