摘　　要：通过利用钒钛生铁自然带入铁水中Ｖ和Ｔｉ含量的变化和Ｓｉ／Ｃ比值的调整，研究了对Ｄ型石墨铸铁组织和性能的影响规律，获得了利用我国特有资源钒钛生铁稳定生产既无白口又能确保所需珠光体量的Ｄ型石墨铸铁的新工艺。该工艺比沿用专门加入钛铁或其它合金的方法既简化了操作又显著降低了生产成本。The effects of D type graphite on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast iron by u sing pig iron with V and Ti were studied,then obtaining a new technology which can steadily produce a D type graphite cast iron without chill spots,but with required amount of pearlite using national resource pig iron with V and Ti.The technology can simplify the procedure and reduce the production cost compared with only adding the Ti Fe alloy or other ferro alloy.
