摘 要:根据工况的需求研究了魏氏组织Ti-31合金的低周疲劳性能。结果表明,在循环载荷下,Ti-31合金表现出很好的循环稳定性,但它是循环软化材料。其裂纹萌生于α与β相界和α板条内,裂纹扩展区内有大量二次裂纹生成。同时还回归出Ti-31合金的低周疲劳寿命公式,并指出其过渡寿命NT为556次。比较了具有相同显微魏氏组织的Ti-31合金与IMI829钛合金的低周疲劳性能,二者性能相当。The low cycle fatigue properties of Ti-31 alloy with widmanstatten microstructure are studied Under the conditions of cycling loading this alloy exhibited perfect cyclic stability, but it belongs to cyclic softening material The fatigue fracture surfaces were observed by SEM The results show that crack initiation sites occur at the boundary between α and β or within an α plate and a large quantity of secondary cracks grow out in the crack-propagation zone The regression formula of low cycle fatigue lifetime has been obtained for Ti-31 alloy and its transition life (N T) is 556 cycles The fatigue properties of Ti-31 alloy are similar to that of IMI 829 alloy as the widmanstatten microstructures of both alloys are the same
