摘  要:研究了2091Al-Li合金的电场均匀化对显微结构的影响。结果表明:强电场加速了Al-Li合金的均匀化,提高了合金元素的固溶程度,诱发了T1相的均匀形核,提高了合金的屈服强度;对联合均匀化处理的样品进行应变时效处理后,析出相均匀弥散分布,合金的力学性能大大提高。The effect of the homogenization treatment with an electric field on the microstructure of 2091 Al-Li alloy is investigated The results show that the homogenization treatment with an strong electric field promotes the homogenization of Al-Li alloy, increases the solubility of alloying element,induces the homogeneous nucleation of T 1 phase and results in the increasingyield strength In the same time, the strain ageing treatment after the combinedhomogenization treatment increases significently the mechanical properties of 2091 Al-Li alloy because of the uniform and fine second phase precipitation
