摘　　要：卷接包数据采集系统可实现以下几个目标:卷接包工序各种设备现场数据的全面、准确、实时采集;现场管理的信息化,规范和强化现场管理:以数据采集为基础,搭建一个车间级的生产指挥调度中心,通过对设备运行情况、生产过程、产品质量的实时监控与分析,科学实时对生产进行指挥调度．确保生产的有序和可控:与MES系统等企业信息系统的全面数据集成,最终实现制造数字化的总体目标。根据系统的总体建设目标,该系统主要功能包括数据采集、现场管理、过程监控以及MES集成与执行。The Data Collection System of cigarette-making production can implement the following goals： 1） real time and accurately collecting all data of different equipments used in the cigarette-making procedures. 2） strengthening, standardizing and digitalizing working site management; 3） on the basis of data collection, forming a production commanding centre of workshop level to real-time supervise and analyze the running equipment,, production procedure and product quality, direct and adjust the production in scientific and real-time way, and guarantee the production sequential and controllable; 4）. realizing overall data collection of Enterprise Information System and finally achieving production digitalization.. According to the overall target, the system functions mainly include data collection, working site management, process supervision and MES integration.
