摘　　要：随着工业控制系统的不断发展,可编程控制器在宝钢厚板厂切头剪系统中得到了全新的应用,文章介绍了通过改造检测元件和控制程序更好的实现钢板头尾跟踪的措施。With the development of industry control system, Programmable Logic Controller （PLC） is widely used in the special equipment of Baosteel Heavy Plate Mill （HPM）. This paper mainly presents how to improve head-tail tracking of plate by changing the detection component and modifying the control software.
