摘　　要：本文主要研究的是国土资源管理部门办公自动化工作流的搭建,给出了国土资源电子政务系统一个核心业务的解决方案,包括系统的总体技术框架、业务功能框架以及技术特点,根据此参考模型对办公自动化系统中复杂工作流的分析和过程建模研究。This paper mainly studies the construction of the office automation work flow in the land and resources administrative department. The solution of a key business in the land and resources e-administration system, including the overall technical framework, function framework and technical characteristics, is introduced in this paper. Based on this, the procedure of the complicated work flow in the office automation system is modeled and studied.
