摘　　要：利用风险转移算法(RTA)改进的聚类分析法,对区域产业集群(RIC)中的企业风险进行了分类识别,给出了其风险关联图。基于RTA和Bass模型描述了RIC中企业风险的扩散机制,揭示了企业风险因子在RIC网络中的转移过程,并可处理时间上相互并行的随机网络情景,较Monte Carlo模拟法和随机网络解析法具有更好的解释性和通用性。并且,提出了应对RIC网络中企业风险扩散的防范机制,强调对企业风险管理战略、组织、方法、信息、文化和过程六要素的有机融合。With the category analysis ameliorated by Risk Transfer Algorithm （ RTA）, enterprise risks in Regional Industrial Cluster （RIC） are identified in the category, and thier related structure figure is given as well. Based on the RTA and the Bass model, the diffusion mechanism of the enterprise risks in RIC is proposed, which solves the problem of describing risk transfer process in RIC network, and also deals with parallel risks in the random network. It＇ s superior to the Monte Carlo simulation and the random network analysis. Finally, the mechanism dealing with the enterprise risk diffusion, which emphasizes synthesis of enterprise risk management strategies, organization, methodology, information, culture and process, is put forward.
