摘  要:采用数值模拟方法对城市固体垃圾在床层内燃烧过程进行模拟计算,分别对床层内气固两相介质建立能量、质量和动量守恒控制方程,固相中水分蒸发、挥发分析出、焦炭气化燃烧速率由床层当地热物性及环境参数确定,床层高度变化由燃烧反应速率及物料热物性参数计算得出。计算结果与实验值比较分析表明,总体上模拟结果与实验值吻合很好,数值模型能够准确地预报床层失重、料层燃烧中段近似为一常数的燃烧速率,料层水分蒸发所需的时间占整个焚烧实验时间的2/3。模拟计算得出床层表面产生气的体变化趋势能反映垃圾燃烧进程,O2和CO2模拟结果与实验值吻合较CO要好。计算结果为研究垃圾在床层内燃烧过程的和炉排优化设计提供参考。A numerical model was employed to simulate the combustion process in a fixed porous bed of municipal solid waste (MSW). Mass, momentum, energy conservation equations of the waste bed were set up to describe the incineration process. Rate of moisture evaporation, volatile matter devolatilizaton, carbon combustion were calculated according to the local thermal conditions and waste property characters. The bed volume changes during the incineration were calculated according to the reaction rate of the process and the variation of thermal conditions in the bed. The simulation results were compared with experimental data, which shows that the incineration process of waste in the fixed bed was reasonably simulated. The simulation results of weight loss, flame front, solid maximum temperature in bed agree with experimental data well, which shows that waste combustion rate is approximately a constant in the middle part of incineration process, and moisture evaporation occupies the dominant time fraction of overall incineration experiment. The emission of gas species from bed surface is also satisfyingly simulated and O2, CO2 concentration in flue gas agree with the experimental data better than CO. The simulation results benefit the understanding of combustion process in the waste bed and the design of incinerator grates.
