麝香乌龙丸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠性激素水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究麝香乌龙丸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠性激素水平调节的影响,探讨麝香乌龙丸治疗类风湿关节炎是否与调节性激素水平有关。方法:建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型,麝香乌龙丸灌胃1w后,测定血清中睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)的水平。结果:麝香乌龙丸能上调雄性大鼠血清T、E2水平以及雌性大鼠E2、P水平,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香乌龙丸治疗类风湿关节炎机理与调节性激素水平有关。Objective： To study the effect of Shexiang Wulong Pill on the regulation of hormonal sex level of rats with adjuvant arthritis, and to explore whether there is certain relation in the treatments of rheumatoid arthritis between Shexiang Wulong Pill and the regulation of hormonal sex level. Methods： The research established the model rats with adjuvant arthritis, and then determined the level of testosterone （T）, estradiol （E2） and progesterone （P） in blood serum after one week of intragastric administration with Shexiang Wulong Pill. Results： Shexiang Wulong Pill could up - regulate the lesel of testosterone, estradiol and progesterone in blood serum. Compared with the model group, the results had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis treatment with Shexiang Wulong Pill is related with its regulation of hormonal sex level.
