摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了改性LiMn2O4锂离子电池正极材料。利用TG-DSC、XRD、EDS和充放电测试等研究了LiCoO2的掺入对改性LiMn2O4的形成过程、结构及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:在850℃下热处理8 h,能够形成完整的尖晶石型LiMn2O4结构。当n(LiCoO2)∶n(LiMn2O4)为0.3时,10次循环后(55℃),改性LiMn2O4的容量保持率由LiMn2O4的89.9%提高到99.0%。The modified LiMn2O4 cathode materials for Li-ion battery were synthesized by solid-state reaction at high temperature. The effects of doping LiCoO2 on the formation process, structure and electrochemical performance of the modified LiMn2O4 were studied by TG-DSC, XRD, EDS and charge-discharge tests. The results showed that an integrated spinel phase LiMn2O4 was obtained by heat treatment at 850 ℃ for 8 h. The capacity retention rate of the modified LiMn2O4 was improved from 89.9% (LiMn2O4) to 99.0% after 10 cycles at 55 ℃ when n(LiCoO2) : n(LiMn2O4) was 0.3.
