摘  要:在HEV用MH/Ni电池的设计中,研究了添加Ni粉、Co粉及提高CoO的加入量对MH/Ni电池贮存性能的影响,结果表明:正极中加入较多的Ni粉或提高CoO的加入量均能够提高MH/Ni电池的贮存性能。正极中Ni粉的加入量从0%提高到10%和20%时,MH/Ni电池贮存后的容量衰减率分别降低了3.9%和6.6%;正极中CoO的加入量由5%提高到15%,MH/Ni电池贮存后的容量衰减率降低了4.9%。采用Co粉作添加剂时,在一定程度上修复了遭受破坏的CoOOH导电网络,改善了MH/Ni电池初期的贮存性能。The effects of adding Ni powder,Co powder and improving the addition amount of CoO on the storage performance of Ni/MH battery were studied in the design of Ni/MH battery for HEV. The results showed that the storage performance of Ni/ MH battery could be improved by adding more Ni powder or improving the addition amount of CoO in the cathode. When the addition amount of Ni powder in cathode increased from 0% to 10% and 20%, the decay ratio of capacity of Ni/MH batteries after storage reduced by 3.9% and 6.6%, respectively. When the addition amount of CoO in the cathode increased from 5% to 15%, the decay ratio of capacity of Ni/MH batteries after storage reduced by 4.9%. The initial storage performance of Ni/MH battery could be improved by using Co powder as the additive which repaired the damaged CoOOH conductive network structure in certain degree.
