摘 要:环件的几何参数对惯性摩擦焊接轴向缩短量的影响很大.建立了惯性摩擦焊接过程的轴对称模型,运用大变形弹塑性有限元法分析了GH4169合金环件内径和壁厚对轴向缩短量的影响规律.研究表明:当环件壁厚给定时,轴向缩短量随着环件内径的增大呈先增大后减小的规律;当环件内径给定时,轴向缩短量随着壁厚增大而快速减小,直至壁厚超过某一临界尺寸;轴向缩短量的计算数据与实验数据符合较好.The axial shortening of inertia friction weldment in ring form was influenced significantly by its geo- metric parameters. In this paper, an axisymmetric model of inertia friction welding process was established. By using finite element method of large elastic-plastic deformation, the effects of GH4169 alloy ring radius and thickness on the axial shortening of inertia friction weldment were simulated. For a given ring thickness, the axial shortening increased with the increasing of the ring radius and then decreased with it. As the ring radius was given, the axial shortening decreased rapidly with the increasing of the ring thickness until it was higher than a critical value. The calculated data of axial shortening during welding were in good agreement with the measured data. The simulation results provided a useful guidance in weld parameter development.
