摘  要:本文实现了一种适用于激光电视显示技术的扫描同步控制电路。针对点扫描式激光电视系统中机械转镜与电视信号实时同步控制要求高的问题,提出了一种图像存取的方法,实现激光电视的机械扫描与图像信号的同步控制。该方法采用双口RAM存储视频信号,存储器每个单元对应一个像素,由光电发射及接收法提供转镜方位信息,并提供图像读取的同步信号。该系统电路完全由AVR单片机和CPLD控制完成视频信号的读写,由于双口RAM具有两组独立的数据、地址和控制总线,可以对任何一个端口进行独立的操作,大大提高了系统的运行速度,此电路解决了不同扫描频率的显示转换问题,以适应机械转镜扫描系统转速随意性的要求。A type of synchro control circuit used in laser TV projector is presented. Considering that real time synchro control between Mechanical rotating mirror and TV signal is strictly demanded in the spot scanning laser TV system, a dynamic image store and reading method is developed to ensure synchro control between mechanical scanning and the video signals. This method uses the dual-port RAM to store video signals, and each storage unit in the memory is correspond to one pixel. Using photoelectric emitting and receiving device, the position of each mirror can be precisely detected, when the scanning polyhedron rotates, and the synchro signal is generated for storage image reading. Dynamic read & write of video frame are controlled by AVR single-chip and CPLD in this circuit, because dual-port RAM has two set of dependent bus for data, address and control, so any port operation could be independently performed, which greatly improved the operation speed. The difficulty of synchronism between mechanical scannig and video signal is eliminated by this method, especially when scanning polyhedron rotates at a random speed.
