摘 要:在硅橡胶基体中复合非晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9粉体,制得一种具有压磁特性的复合薄膜,并对一些影响因素进行了初步探讨。实验表明,该复合薄膜具有灵敏的压磁特性,尤其在<120kPa微应力,测试频率低于400kHz时,压磁效应最好。在相同测试频率下,压应力与应力阻抗值成正比关系;薄膜中非晶粉体越细、粉体含量越高,薄膜越薄,其压磁效应越大。The new piezomagnetic film has been made of Fe73.5 Cu1 Nb3 Si13.5 B9 amorphours powders and silicone rubber matrix, and those factors influencing on piezomagnetic properties were also discussed. The experiment shows that the composite film has sensitive piezomagnetic properties, especially when the compress stress being low 120kPa, and test frequency being low 400kHz, the piezomagnetic effect of film is the best. The direct ratio relation exists between compress stress and stress impedance at the same test frequency. When amorphours powders in film being thinner, and amount of powders being higher, the thickness of film being thinner, the piezomagnetic effect of film will be better.
