摘 要:为了研究柔性树脂膜的隔声性能,以E型聚氯乙烯、柠檬酸三丁酯、环氧大豆油为原料,制备不同面密度的柔性聚氯乙烯树脂膜。用双声道分析仪等测试分析了该类材料的隔声性能和柔软性能等,并与质量法则进行了比较。结果表明,柔性聚氯乙烯树脂膜的平均隔声性能与面密度的对数呈良好的线形相关性,与质量法则的趋势相同,但两者的斜率、截距不同。对质量法则的系数进行适当修正后,可以用面密度去预测柔性聚氯乙烯材料的平均隔声量。In order to study the acoustic insulation property of the flexible resin film,a serial of flexible PVC resin films with different areal density were prepared with raw materials of E-PVC resin, tributyl citrate(TBC) and epoxidized soybean oil(ESO). The acoustic insulation property and the flexibility of the developed films were evaluated. The sound reduction indexes of the films were compared with the traditional mass-law. The results showed that the average sound reduction indexes of the flexible PVC resin films had a linear relation with the logarithm of areal density and its trend was similar to the mass-law but with different slope coefficients and intercept.
