摘　　要：目的探讨CT导向下经皮自动活检枪穿刺活检在腹膜后肿块诊断中的应用价值及并发症。方法对52例超声、CT或MRI提示为腹膜后肿块的患者进行螺旋CT导向下皮自动经活检枪穿刺活检。结果50例经病理诊断明确,2例未能取到肿瘤组织,标本可用性为96.2%,无严重合并症。结论CT导向自动活检枪经皮穿刺活检诊断腹膜后肿块安全、可靠、准确,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the application value and complication of spiral CT - guided auto biopsy gun in the diagnosis Of the retroperitoneal masses. Methods Patients of 52 cases of retroperitoneal masses , detected by Ultrasound ,CT or MRI ,accepted a biopsy with the auto biopsy gun under SCT -guided. Results Total 50 cases were indentified and 2 cases failed to be indentified. The usefulness of histological samples was 92.6%. There were no serious complications. Conclusion The application of SCT - guided auto biopsy gun to the diagnosis of the retroperineal masses in percutaneous is safe and reliable and accurate. It is worth publicizing.
