摘 要:根据新型非对称体有效载荷的运载要求,运用有限元法,引入接触条件,建立了"井"字梁和"女"字梁两种梁系结构的有限元计算模型,并对其进行了承载能力计算分析。根据计算结果,对两种结构的承力性能进行比较,得出"女"字梁的承载性能优于"井"字梁的结论。在综合考虑承载能力和减少质量的基础上,对"女"字梁替代"井"字梁的方案给出合理的解释。In order to meet the demand for launching some asymmetry payload, the FEM model of the #-beam structure and the -女 -beam structure of the load-beating structures in launch vehicles is established and the load-beating capabilities of both structures are calculated by finite element method (FEM) and importing contact conditions. By the calculated values, the load-beating capabilities of the 2 structures are compared and the conclusion that the load-beating capability of the -Jr-beam structure is superior to the #-beam structure under the asymmetry load is drawn. The load-beating capability being enhanced and the redundant mass decreased, a reasonable explaination of substituting -女-beam structure for #-beam structure is given.
