摘 要:目的了解妊娠期阴道pH值及微生态状况,探讨妊娠期进行阴道菌群微生态学评价的临床意义。方法选取我院产前门诊常规孕检孕妇98例,其中早孕期29例、中孕期35例、晚孕期34例及同龄非孕期正常体检妇女30例,采集阴道分泌物,测定pH值,并革兰染色涂片后进行阴道微生态学评价。结果妊娠期阴道pH值为(3.88±0.20),较非孕期偏低,差异有统计学意义。BV、VVC的患病率及菌群异常的发生率比非孕期增高。无症状体征孕妇中,仍有36.70%存在阴道微生态失调。结论妊娠期阴道微生态发生改变,表现为pH值降低,微生态失调比例升高。Objective To investigate status of vagina pH and vaginal microecosystem and discuss the application of microecological evaluation of vaginal microflora in gestational period. Methods We selected 98 prenatal care women in our hospital as samples. 29 of them were in first trimester, 35 women in second trimester, and 34 women in last trimester. In addition, we selected 30 health care women in our hospital as samples as well. We collected vaginal secretion, measured the vaginal pH value and made microecological evaluation based on Gram stained smear. Results Compared to that in non - gestational period, women's vaginal PH in gestational period (3.88± 0.20) was relatively low. The difference is statistically significant. The incidence of BV. VVC and microflora abnormity increased compared to that in non- gestational period. Even in asymptomatic pregnant women, 36.70% of them still have vaginal ecological disturbance. Conclusion Vaginal microecosystem changed in pregnant time, which is to say that its pH dropped, and the ratio of microecosystem imblance in it increased.
