摘 要:PAPS锥虫快速诊断试剂,是中国农业科学院上海家畜寄生虫病研究所研制成功的一种新型的载体微球,它与伊氏锥虫抗原交联所制备的锥虫快速诊断液具有特异性强、敏感性高,重复性好、快速、简便的特点。笔者应用锥虫快速诊断液检测149头锥虫阳性病牛(见虫),阳性检出率为98.7%。对225头非疫区阴性牛进行检测,阴性符合率为99.6%。PAPS试验与间接血凝试验的符合率为96.1%。对2277头耕牛血清和血纸两种血样本进行PAPS试验的阳性结果和反应强度完全吻合,无明显差异。A new reagent, Immuno-Micro-PAPS-Bulb, for the rapid diagnosis of animal trypanosomiasis has been investigated by Shanghai Animal Parasistological Institute of China National Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The trypanosoma antigen is attached to micro-polyaldehyde polystyrene bulbs. That bulbs can be agglutinated in the presence of trypanosoma antibodies. This is an easy, simple, rapid, sensitive, specific and reliable method. Using this method, 149 bovines (cattle and water buffalo) had parasites in the blood showed 98. 7% positive; 225 bovines from trypanosoma free area showed 99. 6% negative. Immuno-Micro- PAPS- Bulb method agreed well (96.1%) with the indirect HA method in this experiment and the former was more sensitive. Instead of serum sample, the blotted-blood paper (a drop of blood blotted in paper) also could be used as a sample for the Immuno-Micro- PAPS method in diagnosis of trypanosoma infection. Two thousand two hundred seventy seven serum samples and 2 277 blotted-blood samples from the same bovines were conducted by Immuno-Micro-PAPS methed, gave a 100 % agreement.
