摘 要:新型燃料电池客车的驱动系统工作时将产生较强的电磁骚扰,可能引起较为严重的电磁兼容问题,威胁其安全运行。为此对开发的新型燃料电池客车产生的电磁骚扰进行了大量的测量,发现其驱动系统中的骚扰源存在较大的随机性。故利用统计电磁学的方法分析了驱动系统中逆变器输入端存在的一类传导骚扰源的时域特性,得出此类骚扰源随时间呈正态分布,随电机功率电压参数呈近似线性递减变化和时间参数呈近似线性递增变化的基本规律。该结果可用于进一步的仿真分析和其他电磁兼容研究工作。To develop the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) research, the characteristics of the disturbance sources are necessary and very important. Measurement results show that the characteristics of disturbance sources of the new vehicles are quite different even on the same work condition and measurement condition. They seem to have their statistical regularity. This regularity might be caused by the varying impedance of the power motor and the inverter, which is mainly affected by the temperature even though the cooler is working. This paper analyzed a large quantity of measurement results from a real fuel cell bus by statistical electromagnetic methods. The time-domain statistical model of the input conducted disturbance source from the driving system is given as an example. The influence of time and work condition is included. The disturbance source meets normal distribution in different time. The voltage parameters are approximate to be linear monotone decreasing and the time parameter is approximate to be linear monotone increasing on different motor power. So the mathematical expectation of the measurement results could be the mean value of a large quantity of measurement results. It will be a necessary reference for simulation, measurement and other further automotive EMC research.
