摘　　要：简要介绍了紫坪铺电站机组结构特点、机组总装特点、机组受力调整、机组轴线调整的程序、计算方法及机组总装等。紫坪铺电站发电机组为成熟机型,安装过程也比较常规,针对安装过程中如何更好的提高工作效率,加强工程质量的控制,将紫坪铺工程的建设实践总结成文,供有关技术人员参考。In this paper,unit structure characteristics,unit general assembly features,unit force bearing adjustment,unit axis adjustment procedure,computer method and unit assembly are briefly described for Zipingpu hydropower station.Well-designed units are installed in conventional way in Zipingpu powerhouse,hence,improvement of working efficiency and quality control during installation in combination with the project construction practice are summarized for reference to related technical personnel.
