摘  要:在20 MVA矿热炉中进行高强度电极糊的使用试验,结果表明可有效防止电极事故,对改善冶炼经济指标指标起到了关键作用。同时研究了影响高强度电极糊使用效果的关键因素和三相电极输入功率的变化情况。根据每相电极用电量确定电极压放量,减少电极壳导电面积,适当提高二次电压,均有利于用好高强度电极糊。The test of high intensity electrode paste has been done in 20 MVA sumberged arc furnace, the results show that this kind of high intensity electrode paste can prevent electrode accidents effectively. This kind of high intensity electrode paste play an important role in improving smelting index. At meanwhile, it researches the key factors which can affect the effect of high intensity electrode paste, as well as the changing situation of three-phase electrode input power. The actions are favourable for high intensity electrode paste by determining slipping volume according to power consumption for each electrode, reducing electric conducting area of electrode shell and raising secondsry voltage properly.
