摘  要:全色显示是有机电致发光显示(OLED)器件发展的目标,而高性能蓝色发光器件,也是目前有机电致发光显示研究的热点。以NPB和Alq3分别作为空穴传输层和电子传输层,制作了结构为ITO/CuPc(150nm)/NPB(500nm)/ADN(300nm)∶TBPe(30nm)/Alq3(350nm)/RbF(20nm)/Al(1000nm)的蓝光OLED器件,发光亮度达8600cd/m2,发光效率达2.669cd/A,色坐标(X=0.1315,Y=0.1809)。研究发现ADN∶TBPe发光层体系的引入大大改善了蓝光器件的发光效率和性能。Full color display is the goal of organic light-emitting display(OLED), but the making of stable blue organic light-emitting devices is very valuable for the mass production of it and is also the most interesting study of OLED nowadays. In order to improve the performances, one kind of blue OLED with 9,10-di-(2-naphthyl) anthracene (ADN) : 2,5,8,11-tetra-t-butylperylene (TBPe) as light-emitting layer was fabricated. The structure is ITO/CuPc(150 nm)/NPB(500 nm)/ADN(300 nm):TBPe (30 nm)/Alq3(350 nm)/RbF(20 nm)/Al(1 000 nm), where NPB and Alq3 are used respectively as the hole transporting layer and electron transporting layer. The maximum luminescence and efficiency are 8 600cd/m^2 and 2. 669 cd/A, respectively. It is found that the doped system of ADN:TBPe can greatly improve the luminance efficiency and performances of diodes.
