采用磨孔法改进大鼠皮层诱发电位实验方法的探索

摘  要:目的:探索提高大鼠大脑皮层诱发电位的实验稳定性的改进方法。方法:用电钻在颅骨表面磨孔并用眼科镊轻轻剥离余下的骨皮质,完全暴露硬脑膜,放置银球引导电极并观察皮层诱发电位信号。结果:在大鼠大脑皮层记录到较为清晰的诱发电位,出现主反应、次反应和后发放。结论:表明改进后的大鼠皮层诱发电位技术,操作简单易行且不易出血,实验成功率高。Our purpose is to investigate the improvement of experiment on cerebral cortex evoked potential of rat. The output electrode was insert into the rat's ex-paw, and a hole was grinded in the rat's skull. After that, we can use a tweezers which is used in Ophthalmology surgical operation to remove the rest bone lightly. When the cerebral dura mater was exposed completely, we can connect the input electrode and observe the potential signal. The result show that evoked potential in rat's brain had been detected clearly including main reaction, secondary reaction and after reaction. So the conclusion is the improvement of experiment can make less damages to cerebrum and decrease bleed. At the same tim,it's easy to operate and succeed.
