非确定性城市开发建设的规划应对——以江苏海门科技创业园区规划设计为例

摘　　要：本文分析了海门科技创业园开发建设的背景条件,提出园区的开发建设具非确定性。在此基础上,介绍海门科技创业园的规划设计思路,探讨结构性空间安排、动态土地利用控制、模式化微观空间引导等规划设计创意。Through the analysis of the background of the high-tech venture park in Haimen, this paper proposes that the development of the park is not so certain. After presenting the specific plan of it, the author probes into some planning originalities such as structural spatial planning, dynamic land-use control and modeled guidance for micro-spatial design.
