南充市中心区的转移与形成机制

摘　　要：南充市中心区发生了由鸡市口一带向模范街转移,进而再向以五星花园为市中心,连接人民中路、文化路等经济重心,结合涪江路、人民南路、模范街形成的经济商圈的转移。本文对其转移的形成机制从城市经济重心的转移、商业活动内容的变化、商业龙头企业的带动作用、人们置业观念和消费结构的变化以及城市规划的推动作用这几个方面做了探讨。The central district in Nanchong transferred from Ji Shikou area to the Model Street. Then again to economical business circle which took the five-star garden as the center, include five roads （the people＇s middle of the road and the cultural road as the economical center of gravity, Fujiang road, the people＇s south of the road ,the model street）. This article mainly discusses on the mechanism of the changing from urban economic center of gravity shift, the commercial active content change, the commercial main item enterprise＇s impetus function, the people setting at industry idea and the consumption pattern change as well as the urban planning impetus function.
