摘　　要：长三角内部在实际利用FDI和经济发展水平上存在明显差异,上海、苏州遥遥领先于其他14个地区,内部统筹协调发展有待进一步加强;除上海、苏州之外,以实际FDI为标准划分的不同板块之间在经济发展水平上的差异并非想象中那么明显,其中利用外资规模较小的地区正呈现出民资替代外资的态势,经济发展的自主性和内生性趋势明显;浙江杭州湾地区和江苏中部地区有可能在未来成为长三角新的增长极和集聚中心,同已有的龙头共同支撑长三角经济的可持续发展。There exists obvious variance on the appliance of FDI and economic growth inside the Yangtze River Delta, other 14 cities are lagged far behind by Shanghai and Suzhou and the inner harmony needs further development; except Shanghai and Suzhou, different plants separated by real FDI differ not that much as expected on economic growth, and the regions with less FDI reveal an intend of civil capital replacing FDI which takes on a look of independence and endogenesis of economic development ; the bay of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province and the middle area of Jiangsu Province will probably be the new growth polar and agglomeration center in the future and support the sustainable development of Yangtze River Delta with Shanghai, the leader.
