摘　　要：目的检测尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD8^+T细胞白介素-2、白介素-12、干扰素-γ、白介素-4的表达水平,探讨其在尖锐湿疣发病中的作用。方法应用流式细胞仪检测60例尖锐湿疣患者和20例正常人对照者外周血CD8^+T细胞白介素-2、白介素-12、干扰素-γ、白介素-4的表达水平。结果尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD8^+T细胞白介素-2、白介素-12、干扰素-γ阳性细胞百分比均显著下降(P<0.01);白介素-4^+CD8^+T细胞百分比与正常人对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干扰素-γ^+/白介素-4^+T细胞比值显著低于正常人对照组(P<0.01)。结论尖锐湿疣患者Tc1细胞水平低下,Tc1/Tc2显著低于正常人对照。Objective To detect the levels of cytokine IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ and IL-4 secreted by peripheral CD8^＋ T lymphocytes in patients with condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods Flow cytometry was employed to study the expression of cytokines IL-2, -12, INF-γ and IL-4 in CD8^＋ T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of 60 patients with CA and 20 healthy controls. Results The percentage of CD8^＋T lymphocytes producing IL-2, IL-12 and IFN-γ were significantly lower in CA patients than that in healthy controis （P 〈 0.001 ）, while the percentage of IL-4-producing CD8^＋ T lymphocytes was of no significant difference between two groups. The ratio of Tcl/Tc2 was also decreased in CA patients as compared with the healthy controls （P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion The quantity of Tel cells and the ratio of Tc1/Tc2 are significantly lower in CA patients than those in healthy controls.
