摘 要:目的探讨新生大鼠肠道是否存在适应性细胞保护作用。方法新生大鼠称重后随机分到各组,分别予生理盐水(NS)、生理盐水+盐酸(NS+HCl)、盐酸(HCl)、醋酸1(AA1)灌肠作预处理,30min后再给予醋酸(AA)灌肠(另设一组用NS作预处理,30min后再予NS灌肠);24h后称重,然后断颈处死;取出近端结肠用以组织病理学评分,并留取血清标本做髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性检测和白细胞介素6(IL-6)浓度检测。结果(NS+HCl)+AA、HCl+AA、AA1+AA各组与NS+AA组比较,组织病理学评分、髓过氧化物酶活性、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)浓度各方面反而增加,P>0.05;试验前后24h体重增长反而较少,P>0.05。(NS+HCl)+AA、HCl+AA、AA1+AA各组与NS+NS组比较,组织病理学评分、髓过氧化物酶活性、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)浓度各方面明显增加,P<0.05;试验前后24h体重增长明显减少,P<0.05。结论新生鼠的肠道缺乏适应性细胞保护作用。Objective The purpose of this research project is to study whether the adaptive cytoprotection (CAP) exists in intestines of newborn rats. Methods The newborns rats were weighed and randomly divided assigned into 5 groups, control group and 4 experimental groups. The rats in experi- mental groups were treated with normal saline (NS), acetic acidl (AA1, 30 mmol/L; pH was adjusted to 5.0), hydrochloric acid (HC1,300 mmol/L; pH was adjusted to 4. 0) and hydrochloric acid + normal saline (pH was adjusted to 4. 0) by inserting a 3.5-F umbilical catheter rectally into the proximal colon accordingly; they were infused with acetic acid (300 mmol/L; pH was adjusted to 4. 0) into proximal colon half hour later. The control group was pretreated with normal saline and then infused with normal sa- line after half hour. The volume of administered solution was 0. 1 ml/10 g of body weight. M1 rats were weighed and sacrificed after 24 hours, their proximal colon was harvested for histo-pathological examina- tions and their blood was collected for measurement of MPO activity and IL-6 concentration. Results The histo-pathological scores, measurement of MPO activity and IL-6 concentration increased in groups of (NS + HCl) + AA, HCl + AA and AA1 + AA compared with NS + AA, but there were no statistic significances (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the weight gaining in above groups decreased after being treated and there was no statistic significances (P 〉 0. 05 ) between the groups accordingly. The histo-pathological scores, measurement of MPO activity and IL-6 concentration increased in groups of ( NS + HCI) + AA, HC1 + AA, and AA1 + AA increased significantly compared with control group and was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the weight gaining in above groups decreased significantly after being treated and there was statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ) between the groups accordingly.
