摘　　要：依靠主体社会的资源和营养生存、发展的黑社会性质组织,凭借其内部非正式群体力量对主体社会进行局部区域和行业的非法控制,极大地威胁社会公共安全和人民群众的生命财产安全。打击黑社会性质组织犯罪,维护社会稳定,必须要对黑社会性质组织犯罪的载体——黑社会性质组织进行合理界定。探究黑社会性质组织的称谓、厘定黑社会性质组织概念和把握黑社会性质组织特征对防控和打击黑社会性质犯罪具有现实意义。Depending on the normal society＇s resources and nutrition, the organization of reactionary social nature survives and gets a fast development. Relying on its internal unofficial community strength, it makes a illegal control of some region and profession of the normal society. Enormously threat the public security and people＇s life and property security. To defense the offence of organization of reactionary social nature and maintain the social stability, we must give a reasonable notion of the organization offence of organization of reactionary social nature. Inquiring of reactionary social nature, which is the carrier of the into the name of the organization of reactionary social nature; defining the notion of the organization of reactionary social nature and grasping characteristics of the organization of reactionary social nature will guide the protection and control the offence of organization of reactionary social nature, and also it will have the obvious practical significance.
