绵羊胴体淋巴结中致病性大肠杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：用常规细菌分离培养法对西宁市某屠宰场60份绵羊胴体淋巴结进行了致病性大肠杆菌的分离培养与鉴定;在检样中共检出致病性大肠杆菌阳性菌株31份,阳性率为51.67%(31/60),结果表明该批羊胴体污染致病性大肠杆菌比较严重。The Pathogenic Escherichia coli was isolated and identified by routine isolation culture and identification technique on 60 lymph of sheep from a slaughterhouse in Xining city. The results were followed as： there were 31 positive in samples, positive rate was 51.67%（31/60）, which indicated that there was a lot of Pathogenic Escherichia coli in these lymph. The situation must be taken relatively serious.
