摘　　要：提出主动介入是编辑把关责任的理论表述的观点,以及编辑在学术图书选题策划主动介入时应注意的问题。In this article, the author puts forward the viewpoint that the initiative intervening is the theoretical formulation of the editor＇s check responsibility, and discusses some principles which the initiative intervening should follow when the academic topic selection is proposed.
