男性泌尿生殖道凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染及耐药性分析

摘  要:目的探讨男性泌尿生殖系凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)感染状况及耐药性。方法采用NCCLS制定的方法和标准测定男性泌尿生殖道感染标本中分离培养的74株CNS并进行体外耐药性监测。结果74株CNS中,耐甲氧青霉素葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus,MRS)51株(68.9%),甲氧青霉素敏感葡萄球菌(methicillin sensitiv-ity staphylococcus,MSS)23株(31.1%)。所有MRS对青霉素、甲氧青霉素等多种药物耐药,而对万古霉素和利福平有较高敏感性。结论CNS是男性泌尿生殖系感染的重要病原菌,对此应依据细菌培养及体外药敏监测选择有效抗生素,或在CNS感染治疗时首选万古霉素。Objective To investigate the infection and drug resistance of coagulase negative staphylococcus (CNS)in uro- genital tract of male, Methods 74 CNS strains from urogenital tract of male were identified and the drug resistance test was pre- formed by the method and standard of the National Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standard (NCCLS) . Results methicillin re- sistant staphylococcus (MRS) and methicillin sensitivity staphylococcus (MSS) isolated in 74 CNS strains was 68.9 % and 31,1% respectively. All MRSA were resistant to penicillin, methicillin and many other drugs. Whereas, the high sensitive to drugs were vancomycin and rifampin'. Conclusion CNS should be considered in urogenital tract infection of male, sensitive antibiotics should be selected according to culture and the guidance of drug sensitivity test or the first to choice vancomycin in the tretment of CNS infection.
